Database Administrator and Developer responsible for building database components of online alcohol awareness course.
· Rewrote and extended major portions of the course, including pulling survey questions from a random pool, making questions reusable on tests and allowing institutional clients to customize their user’s navigation through the system.
· Created OLAP routines to extract data from transactional system, transform it to data mart schema, and load into reporting database (ETL).
· Optimized existing MS SQL database and optimized procedures, tables, and indices based on load and stress tests.
· Implemented Salesforce.com’s CRM and Campaign modules across organization. Ran needs assessment meetings and performed customizations as needed.
· Sourced applicants for part-time QA role, performing initial screening over 50 applicants and recommending 3 finalists.
